Sweep
Time to spruce up the Cabin.
Grab a broom and sweep the pine needles from the front step and pathway. Round up the usual winter squatters... gently, please...
... and encourage them to find their summer quarters eleswhere.
Offer a little tobacco to the Laughing Manitou - the spirit which watches over the place.
Summer has begun...

What a wonderful and interesting little critter.I can't think of a better place to squat than a cabin nestled in the woods.
Yes,very hot here the past couple of days....summer has certainly begun!

I raised some 'possoms from babies rescued from a mother's pouch when she'd been hit in the road--twice.
